Does the restaurant pay more if they come via an ambassador?+
No, never. The price a venue pays is always the same whether they found us directly or were introduced by an ambassador. The reward we share with ambassadors comes entirely from our own margin, not from the restaurant.
Can I pass my reward to my client instead of keeping it?+
Absolutely. Many of our ambassadors do exactly that. The client voucher tier is specifically designed for ambassadors who want to gift the saving to their clients rather than take a commission themselves.
Do I need a minimum following or sales volume?+
No. We work with professionals who already work with hospitality venues. There is no minimum follower count and no minimum referrals required.
How are referrals tracked and when do I get paid?+
All referrals are tracked through GoAffPro. You receive your own dashboard showing clicks, conversions and rewards in real time. Paid out monthly.
I work with multiple venues. Can I manage them all from one account?+
Yes. You can create specific referral links for individual clients or venues, making it easy to track which introductions led to which orders.
Do I need to tell my clients I am an ambassador?+
That is entirely up to you. Many ambassadors are open about it, particularly those who pass the saving directly to their clients. Others simply make the introduction and let the product speak for itself. There is no requirement either way.
If my client orders again, do I keep earning?+
Yes. As long as your client continues to order through your referral link, you continue to earn. Every qualifying order counts, not just the first one.
