What if I want to add a specific brief?

Simply send us your brief by emailing hospitality@peleman.com — include your website URL and we'll pull your logo and brand colours directly from there.

How many revisions do I get?

You'll receive up to two rounds of revisions to get it just right.

What if I need more than 2 rounds of amendments?

No problem. Additional rounds of amendments are available at £24.99 per round.

How long does each design round take?

We'll have your first design proof ready within 3–5 working days.
Please allow the same period of time for each round of amendments.

What file format will I receive?

Your design will be print-ready and sent for approval before production begins.

Can I use my own design?

Yes! Simply select 'Design online' or 'Design later' when placing your order.
