You tell us what you want: think about the style, colors, or the message you want to convey and our designers take care of the rest. This way, you get a professional design that perfectly matches your wishes, without spending hours on it yourself.

How it works

  • Choose your product
    Select the product you want in our shop and choose the option “We design for you.”
  • Share your ideas
    After ordering, you’ll receive a link to a short form where you can share your wishes: style, colors, logo, or examples you like. Prefer to talk it through? You can also call or email us directly.
  • Receive your first design
    Within 3 business days, our designers will send you the first version of your design. Need some adjustments? Up to two revisions are included to make sure it’s just right.
  • Approve & produce
    Once you’re happy with the result, we’ll start production and make sure your order is delivered quickly and perfectly.

After you order a product and select “We Design for You,” we’ll send you a short form to share your wishes, like your logo, preferred colors, and style. Our designers create a first draft within 3 business days, and you’ll receive a digital proof for approval.

Can I make changes to the design?

Yes! Up to two revisions are included in the design service. We’ll adjust the layout, colors, or text until you’re happy with the result.

What if I already have a logo or design idea?

Perfect! You can upload your logo and any design inspiration in the form we send after your order. Our designers will use these as a starting point.

How long does the process take?

You’ll receive your first design within 3 business days. The total time depends on how quickly you provide feedback and approve the final proof. Once approved, production starts immediately.

What kind of products can you design for me?

We can create designs for all our hospitality products — including menu cards, guestbooks, coasters, and table accessories.

Is there an extra cost for the design service?

No, the “We Design for You” option adds no design fee.

What if I don’t like the first design?

No worries! We’ll adjust the design according to your feedback. If after two revisions you’re still not satisfied, you can cancel the design service before production starts.

Will I see a preview before printing?

Yes, you’ll always receive a digital proof to review and approve before your order goes into production.

Can I reorder later with the same design?

Absolutely. Once your design is approved, we safely store it so you can easily reorder or adjust it for future collections or events.

Can I get the design file afterward?

We can provide your approved design as a digital file on request (depending on the product and license terms).
