Ambassador Terms and Conditions
PELEMAN INDUSTRIES LTD – AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Agreement These terms govern your participation in the Peleman Industries Ltd Ambassador Programme. By signing up you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Ambassador Groups You will be assigned to one of three groups based on your selection at sign-up:
- Client Voucher -- you receive a 15% discount code to pass to your clients. No commission is payable to you.
- Shared Reward -- you earn 5% commission on referred sales, and your clients receive a 10% discount code.
- Sponsored Menus -- you receive 15% off your own purchases when buying menu covers as a gift for your clients. No commission is payable.
3. Commission Payments Commission applies to Shared Reward ambassadors only. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal excluding VAT, shipping, and any discount codes applied. Payments are made monthly via bank transfer. A minimum balance of £50 must be accrued before payment is made. Balances below £50 will roll over to the following month. You are responsible for providing accurate bank details. Peleman Industries Ltd reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent or invalid referrals are suspected.
4. Discount Codes Discount codes issued as part of this programme are for use by the intended recipient only. Codes must not be published publicly or distributed outside of your direct client relationships. Misuse of codes may result in immediate termination of your ambassador agreement.
5. Your Responsibilities You agree to represent Peleman Industries Ltd honestly and professionally. You must not make false or misleading claims about our products. You must not engage in spam, paid advertising using our brand name, or any activity that could damage our reputation.
6. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement by giving 30 days written notice. Peleman Industries Ltd reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms. Any commission earned prior to termination will be paid at the next monthly payment date, provided the minimum £50 threshold has been met.
7. Changes to the Programme Peleman Industries Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms, commission rates, or discount codes at any time with 30 days notice.
8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
